Monday we will be hitting chest & triceps, Tuesday, back & biceps. Wednesday, a performance leg workout. Then we repeat this pattern while mixing up the exercises. As well as daily running. The way I've built this programming ensures that we get enough sets per muscle group to see INSANE growth, and also build the conditioning to make you into a 90kg/200lbs unstoppable bruiser. In phase 2, this is then scaled up even further, with higher frequency and intensity. This is not a program for people who want to be lazy, but for people who want REAL insane results.
Inside Elite Operator Transformation, I've included a custom Ab routine and a neck training routine that is optional but for those who want to focus on really getting the most out of their training and physiques.

Starting out it’s great to have a base level of strength, like performing 10 push-ups and 5 chin ups. But I've taken people who were just starting out to a very high level of performance too.
General gym access will be optimal for this program. This includes a treadmill, cable machines, and free weights. I have had many clients to which I've given alternatives to in the past, and they have seen amazing results.
We have an incredibly effective diet protocol to follow. That said, this approach revolves around intermittent fasting (until lunch each day) and hitting the appropriate number of calories and protein. Therefore, you can eat your favorite foods and meals while leaning down and building muscle. Steak and potatoes, a sweet snack and lots of fruit fit the bill perfectly.
Our clients consistently see results within the FIRST WEEK! It’s so awesome. That said, the real physical changes happen around the 4-week mark. This is where your friends (and girls) will really start to notice. And by week 12 you will be blown away at the transformation you made.
